Bring plenty of water as not a lot of shade. Visit some of the lesser known tombs as they are just as interesting as the better known ones

It's really, really, hot. If you're going to visit, make sure you bring a lot of water - and plan a tour of Häagen-Dazs afterwards.

Quiet place, where all the pharaos rest in peace...Had an opportunity to see 3 tombs. Cameras are not allowed since one lady inscribed her name into the wall inside the tomb...really insane!
