Beautiful building from 1858, has that classical grandeur. Very well maintained, delightful to just walk around, has nice water features, cactus section, all sorts of flowers. Urban Oasis!

A great place to retreat to on a rainy day. It has beautiful flowers, cactus and palms. The best part about it is it's free!
